How soon are orders shipped out? After receiving an order, every effort is made to ship within 2-5 working days. If any merchandise is not on hand and must be custom made, please be aware that the shipping time will be delayed. Items are shipped Monday thru Thursday. We do not ship on the weekends-that is our family time.
How will my order be shipped? Our standard shipping is United States Postal Service Priority Mail. At times we ship with UPS.
Besides the website, are there other ways of purchasing Glitzy Girl and All Boys items? At this time, purchases may be made through our website and by phone. If you are in the San Antonio or Fort Sam Houston, Texas local area purchases can be made with Angela from the home office. Throughout the year GGAB does trade shows and items can be purchased at those special events as well. Items can also be purchased from boutiques/stores:

Do you do special orders? We sure do! Most of our items are custom made. If you prefer to have an item made differently from the way it is currently made, please let us know and we will see what we can do. We do charge extra for special orders.
Do you give discounts for quantity purchases? Yes, we do offer quantity discounts. Twelve (12) pieces of the same item/color would be considered quantity. This is not negotiable. To receive the quantity discount, 12 of the same item and color must be purchased in one transaction. The quantity discount is 10% off the twelve pieces. Shipping is NOT discounted.
May I return my item(s)? We do NOT allow returns. Due to the custom nature of Glitzy Girl and All Boys, we do not accept returns. Please let us know if there is a problem with an order and we will work to fix it. If you should receive an order and have a problem, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the order. All sales are Final.
May I purchase items wholesale? Yes! We do offer some of our items at wholesale prices. Wholesale prices are reserved for those that have a Tax ID. Proof of business is required. For further information please contact us.
